In recent weeks, we have seen an increase in reports in and around the Fishwick area of thefts from Vehicles, with 3 within a very close proximity of each other being reported to us in the past 3 days, on Scotforth Road, Nimes Street and Dundonald Street.

In a number of the reports to ourselves, a white female in her mid twenties has been mentioned, and enquiries are currently ongoing to determine who this offender is. In this coming days, you should see an increase in patrols in your local area in regards to this.

Please use this email as a reminder to remain vigilant and to keep your vehicles locked and secure, and remove any valuables from your vehicle where possible. If valuables are required to remain in your vehicle, ensure they are kept out of sight from any passer-by.
