Neighbourhood officers have this week attended the parade of 143 (Longridge) Squadron of RAF Air Cadets. We discussed the various roles within the Lancashire Constabulary, to give information to any of the Cadets who are considering a future policing career. Officers also provided a demonstration of police equipment and uniform, as well as having a Q&A session. We do hope that this was useful. The Squadron were well mannered and very smartly dressed. A credit to their families, who we are sure are extremely proud. A special thanks to Squadron Leader, Flt Lt. Tom, who was kind enough to invite us in for the evening.
