Burnley NPT would like to thank local residents for the recent information passed to police with regards to vehicles the transporting off road bikes. As a team we are actively targeting the owners of the transporting vehicles and visiting the registered keepers address to make them aware of the issue and potential offences that they are committing. The owners of said vehicles are being made aware that if they continue to transport the bikes that their vans will be seized as well as their bikes under the Sect 59 act.
