Yesterday, in a combined effort between Charter Walk Security, the BID officers and the police, prolific shoplifter David Hodgson Smith was detained and arrested for the continual breach of his CBO (criminal behaviour order). This follows on from the arrest of another prolific offender last week, Moazam Ali, who was also in breach of his CBO. The Neighbourhood police will continue to gather evidence to enable the prosecution of these persistent offenders and we would like to thank the businesses who have helped us with CCTV and statements to assist us.
