Good Morning, We had a report on Thursday 02/05/2024 at approximately 21:00pm . That two lads were riding a scrambler bike up and down Bradley Lane Eccelston . They were not wearing any helmets and one was seen with a balaclava on. If anyone has any information regarding this incident or knows where these back are coming from.
