We have had reports of two vehicles being broken into overnight on Wednesday 8th May from midnight onwards. Sporting equipment was stolen from both vehicles.

The first incident occurred on Golgotha Road and the second incident was on Ulster Road, both in the Bowerham area of Lancaster.

Suspicious activity was spotted on a doorbell camera on Ulster Road with a male loitering around cars at just after midnight which could be linked.

Please be vigilant and remove any items of value from within your vehicles to prevent you becoming a victim. Please also make sure any doorbell and CCTV equipment is fully operational to provide us with the best chance of identifying the offenders.
