Morning all

Early this morning at approximately 12:30 Am, A male was walking along Waterbarn street having recently bought  an Electric scooter, 

He was approached by two males one on another scooter and asked to hand over his scooter,

The aggrieved resisted but was threatened with violence, so having let his scooter go he followed the males onto Colne road and then onto Brennand street.
