Dear Resident

We were called at approximately 22.50 Friday night to Town Lane panel tow path car park by Lancashire Fire and Rescue who where dealing with a van which was fully alight.

If you have seen anything suspicious or have CCTV images relating to this incident please reply to me here.

We are currently waiting for this vehicle to be recovered.
