Due to recent reports of theft and suspicious behaviour in our rural areas we have increased patrols  particularly during night time hours. 

Officers from the neighbourhood policing team were out last night on foot patrol around villages where we have received reports.

If you see anything suspicious that is non urgent please contact us on 101 or through Lancashire Talking where your local neighbourhood team can respond directly. If you believe a crime is in progress please contact us on 999.
