MONDAY NIGHT = 'EMPOWER HER' GIRLS HUB

Girls Hub is back on tonight at Fleetwood Youth Hub on North Albert Street, Fleetwood Age 9-16yrs 5-7pm.

What's Girls Hub
In partnership with the Police and local businesses, Fleetwood town community trust is running a ‘Girls Only' youth hub all around female empowerment. This programme is there to not only provide a safe and warm space for young females to enjoy all the fun activities the hub has to offer, but has the aspiration of providing every young female in Fleetwood the opportunity for personal development, self-fulfilment and resilience/confidence building.

This week in the UK is Mental Health Awareness Week. So, tonight through physical exercise and mindfulness activities, we aim to raise awareness and promote open conversations about mental health.

Additionally, over the next few weeks, we have Harry Wilson from HW Training services down to host CPR and defibrillator awareness sessions to empower the girls with the knowledge and confidence to act in emergency situations.

And best of all, we also look to provide complementary food & drink at every session
