Officers are trying to trace the owners of this bicycle, found in the Moor Road area of Chorley.

If you are or know the owner please reply to me on here.  Proof of ownership will be required.

We will be arranging a bike marking event in the near future and will let you know via this service.  

We would love to reunite this bike with its rightful owner.
