E-Scooters and the Law

Good Afternoon Resident

This week the Neighbourhood Team have seized several e-scooters and bikes. The law is very clear that you cannot ride these types of scooters on a UK public road, cycle lane or pavement. The only place an e-scooter can be used is on private land as E-Scooters are classified as Personal Light Electric vehicles. 

Please understand the Law before you buy or ride one.
