Off-road bikes

Good afternoon, 

We are increasingly concerned about illegal off-road bikes being ridden dangerously around Aspen Lane, Oswaldtwistle. These bikes are causing noise disturbances, and posing serious risk to pedestrians and other road users.

We urged the public to report any sightings or information about the riders or where these bikes are being stored.
