Dear Resident
As part of Neighbourhood Policing Week you may have noticed officers in plain clothes targeting the Rivington and Anglezarke area.
As raised by the people who live in the locality on Lancashire Talking you have told us that the use of Off Road Bikes and drug activity is an issue.
As a result we have issues 2 section 59 warnings and seized a Bike that was riding in an Anti Social Manner.
Also a number of stops have taken place in the locality for the use of drugs and we are pleased as no drug activity was apparent.
We will continue to work with local residents and the local Borough Council along with partner agencies in the area to tackle these issues that matter to you.
If you know of anyone who is responsible for drug dealing or the use of Off road bikes you can reply to me directly on this platform. All replies will be treated confidentially.
