EMPOWER HER - Girls Hub for ages 9-16yrs : Mon 30 Jun 17:00

Hi All, 

Wyre NHPT are leading the way with a programme aimed to support young females and look to "Empower Her". The project is all about safeguarding young girls by providing a safe, supportive, and female-only environment where they can learn, grow, and build self-confidence without fear of discrimination or harm. Through a combination of education, self-defence, and mental health support, the programme equips them with the tools to recognise  and prevent violence and protect themselves from future risks. 

Local PCSO Lizzy said "Empower Her allows the girls to 100% be themselves and involves partners and businesses who support the programme with educational inputs and workshops to increase awareness around topical issues."

Tonight will see the girls get creative in the kitchen, making their very own fruit fondue. Arts & Crafts, games and 1-1 support will be available!
