Roe Lee Drugs Warrants and Community Clean Up

You may have seen our recent Douglas Place Beat Sweep which took place on 1st July 2025 with our local partner agencies and Roe Lee Park Primary School.

As part of our local community clean up in the Roe Lee area of Blackburn, this morning we executed 3 x Section 23 Misuse of Drugs Act Warrants & a property visit in company with our Together Housing colleagues.

These early morning wake up calls occurred on Douglas Place, Gretna Walk and Pearl Close.

Four males aged 17, 25, 26 and 38 all from Blackburn, remain in police custody and are awaiting questioning.

With the assistance from PD Flynn, our furry colleague, we located:

We will be taking all relevant actions to ensure these are off the streets of Blackburn and the area is safe for all who live there.

The Blackburn Neighbourhood Policing Team work collaboratively with local housing associations to place long term measures on those involved in criminal activity in these properties. We will continue to act on any further information, conduct plain clothed operations, and keep the community informed.
