Derelict houses on Hardman Street

Today I have attended the derelict houses on HARDMAN STREET, BLACKBURN with BwD Council and have ensured the homes are fully re boarded, I am aware of the issues with drug taking and possible squatting in these houses and have dispersed many people from here this week.

Today the houses have been secured again and I have asked that BwD re attend by Friday to "brick up" the lower level of the end property that drug users have been accessing.

The fences have also been re-secured.

Please let me know by replying here or sending me an Email direct on 1315@lancashire.police.uk if you see any one in the area, loitering or frequenting the abandoned homes on HARDMAN STREET.
