In partnership with LANPAC Ltd, we have assisted in securing funding towards Burnley Golf Club Junior Academy. The funding will go towards golf equipment for the children along with extra supervised tuition.
To make it affordable the Junior Academy are introducing a £10 Summer School Holiday pass for 10–17-year-olds-yes that’s £10 for 6 weeks golf- Under 10’s free.
Burnley golf club over the last year have experienced Anti-Social behaviour caused by young people including vandalism on the course and e bikes tearing up the course. The project will encourage the children to have a sense of belonging and pride. Golf not only teaches a sport, but it also teaches them discipline and encourages respectful behaviour and can have a positive impact on mental health.
Burnley Golf Club Junior Academy
Passes valid from the21st July until 31 August 2025.
The pass includes:
Free Group Junior Lessons with the Professional on the practice ground every Tuesday evening during the holidays at 6.00pm and midday Friday lunchtimes from 22nd July.
Junior Group lessons on Saturday mornings- fortnightly
Free swing room access for Junior Academy Members
On course supervised sessions with Junior Organiser.
