Local, interesting and relevant

Dear Resident 

We have recently been contacted by a member of the public who has reported that they have been interested in purchasing a vehicle. The seller gave an address in your area and requested payment of a deposit prior to viewing. 

The potential buyer has refused to pay and upon attending the address given by the seller they have found that they have been given false details. 

It appears that this is a scam and we wanted to make residents aware so they don't become a victim.
