Canabis Cultivation

Dear Resident

On Saturday the 16th of August we located and shut down and Cannabis cultivation in Joeseph Street Darwen.

A large number of drugs have been seized along with a substantial amount of cash.

The property was found to be unsafe with live wires that supplied the the plants hanging free.

One male has been arrested In connection to this incident.

A common probablem with Cannabis cultivation is electricity being bypassed. This leaves neighbouring properties at high risk of fire.

Typical signs of this activity kind of activity are a low sounds like a  drone of fans coming from the walls of the neighbouring property, unusual activity late at night, smells of Cannabis, cars and and people attending the address at all hours.
