Noise Nuisance

Good afternoon, 

We have been notified of  a ongoing noise nuisance in the Lynwood Avenue  area of Darwen.  If you have been affected by this,  please can you help us by notifying us via this email.  All information shared is treated with the upmost confidence. 

Noise nuisance is any loud or persistent noise that causes you ongoing concerns or affects your quality of life.  Having to tolerate either constant or intermittent noise can be exhausting, especially if it is a happening at night. 

 Please do not suffer in silence.
