Good morning, 

We are aware of issues being reported to us in relation to Andrew Phimister, 56, in Lancaster City Centre. On Thursday 11th September Andrew was arrested for being in breach of his Criminal Behavioural Order. 

Andrew was charged and remanded, on Saturday 13th September he was sentenced to 12 weeks imprisonment. 

We will continue to work hard to make Lancaster City Centre an enjoyable place for everyone.
