Burglary 17/9

Dear Resident

Overnight last night a burglary has occurred at a property on Sawley Avenue, entry has been gained by drilling a lock and car keys along with other items have been taken from within. This has then lead to the theft of the family vehicle a blue VW Golf. The home owner has possibly heard a noise between 3 and 4am but given the recent wet and wild weather can't be certain this was due to the offenders. If you live near to Sawley Avenue and have any CCTV please can you check footage for last night to see if you've any footage of the stolen vehicle and any cars that may be in convoy with it.
