Road safety

Good afternoon,

I am sending this email as you have completed our Lancashire talking survey over the past 3 months and highlighted road safety issues are a concern around your area. You may have seen operations that my team have conducted over the past 6 months involving working closely with partner agencies around parking at schools, speed enforcement and educating school children and their parents around parking. This is still ongoing and i have made my team responsible for these issues.

I have raised road safety as a town priority now within Rossendale and i need you to let me know what is concerning you as a community member around road safety. Some things i can look at in my capacity as an officer and other would fall within the responsibility of LCC. If this is the case i will refer you to their website. This is the same with speeding where LRSP are the people to report this to.

If i can assist i will ensure i will get a member of the team to follow this up and speak with you about the issues. If you can let me know where, when and what the issues are then i will have a look and see what i can sort out.
