School presentation - Bonfire night

📢 Today, Police Community Support officers NICK & REECE from Neighbourhood Police team have provided an input to year 10 pupils at Fleetwood High School.
The theme was:
Anti-social behaviour on Bonfire Night

❤️‍🔥 In recent years, several of our Fire & Rescue crews have sadly been victims of anti-social behaviour on Bonfire Night.
This has included making malicious 999 calls, throwing projectiles at fire engines, and verbally abusing firefighters.

❎ This behaviour is totally unacceptable and we have a zero tolerance policy on abuse of our firefighters and emergency workers.

🙏 Thank you to most Lancashire residents who do not take part in this anti-social behaviour. We ask that you continue to support us by only dialling 999 in a genuine emergency.
Emergency workers, put their own life on the line to protect members of the public at times of need.
