Closure Notice

       Good Evening

                         Just an update on the Closure Notice currently in place at the European Mini Market 52 Manchester Road Haslingden. We had applied to the Court on Friday 3rd October for a full Closure Order to be issued in respect of the above premises. Unfortunately the case was adjourned until Wednesday 15th October 2025 due to legal reasons. Given the evidence the Court saw fit to extend the Temporary Closure Notice until the new Court date which meant the shop could not re-open in the interim.

                         The shop had failed numerous inspections by Trading standards whereby large amounts of illicit and illegal tobacco, cigarettes and vapes had been seized.
