Dear Residents of Whittle,

We have had some suspicious activity reported to us around the Cross Keys Drive area of Whittle Le Woods where a male was seen to be trying car doors at around 3 am this morning, Wednesday the 15th October.

Male is described as medium build wearing a light coloured jacket and carrying a back pack. He was seen to try a car door and was disturbed so left in the direction of Chorley Old Road.

If you have CCTV please check for this male, between 2-3 am this morning.

Please can I remind everyone to remove all valuables from inside your vehicles before you leave them for the night and check they are locked and secure.
