Parking and Disabled bays

Good afternoon.

Officers from both the community safety team and the neighbourhood policing team as there have been complaints from residents regarding the parking situation particularly around disabled parking bays.

We ask all residents to park respectfully of their neighbours and the situation. 

It is important to remember that disabled parking bays are not enforceable and anyone displaying a blue disability badge can use the bay to park in. For further queries and information on disabled parking bay please contact Blackburn with Darwen Council.
