Drugs seized.

Last week, Officers from the South Ribble Neighbourhood team were out on patrol.

Whilst patrolling in the Broadfield area, officers stopped a male and conducted a Section 23 stop search

The male in his 20's was found to be in possession of a large amount of class A drugs.

Following this, officers conducted a Section 18 search of the male's residence where a substantial amount of Class A drugs  and an illegally modified EBike were detected and seized. 

During a recent Lancashire Talking survey, many residents have raised the issue of drug dealing in the local area.

South Ribble Neighbourhood policing team have acted on this feedback and have increased: patrols, stop searches and disruptions.
