Community Road Watch completed

Today, Police staff and volunteers carried out a community road watch assessment on St Leonard's Rd East checking for any speeding cars, drivers using mobile phones and anyone not wearing a seat belt. I can confirm, that out of the 55 cars checked, 15 failed one of more of these basic driving laws and therefore, will be getting a letter through the post shortly. We understand your concerns around speeding vehicles in the area and will be continuing to carry out these assessments in your local area.  #yousaidwedid
