E-Bike SEIZURE

Yesterday officers carried out a proactive operation targeting drug-related activity and the illegal use of high-powered e-bikes.

Two males were detained and stop-searched under the Misuse of Drugs Act. One e-bike, believed to be involved in drug activity, was seized after being seen travelling at speeds of around 50 mph – well above the legal limit for e-bikes.

Our teams will continue to take firm action against those who use illegal e-bikes or engage in criminal activity in our community.
