Operation Sandstorm

Good Afternoon,

Over the previous couple of days we have been  involved with a local Operation named Sandstorm with Trading Standards and Border force  targeting the illegal supply of Cigarettes and vapes and illegal working at Barbers . 

There have been a number of new barber premises set up recently .

Once again Seaside Mini Market on Heysham Road was found to be in breach of their license by selling illegal vapes and cigarettes.

We will continue to monitor these premises and support our partner agencies in their work to crack down on these issues.
