Local, Speed chcks in Tockholes

Dear Resident

We have been out with the speed gun in Tockholes today. This is part of our initiative to regularly disrupt speeding cars which use the village as a cut through.

We checked roughly 40 cars with only 3 exceeding the speed limit.

We will be back in the village next week at a different time and location.

All drivers who have been caught speeding will be dealt with accordingly.

We are hoping to extend the initiative across other locations in the West Pennine area over the next 6 months.
