The darker months have arrived and with this we urge you to keep your home safe and secure.

Here are a few pointers to remember:

Light up, lock up: When you go out, leave a light on if you can  and remember to check windows and doors are locked.

Consider a security light at both the front and rear of the property.

If possible, consider a ring style doorbell or CCTV.

Started your Christmas shopping? Be sure to keep your shopping out of sight to prevent opportunist thieves from targeting your property.

Keep any keys or personal belongings out of view of windows and doors.
