Warning - Shoplifter Released From Prison - Damien Withers

Please be aware Damien Withers has been released from prison and is back in Lancaster.

He is a prolific shoplifter. He has a Criminal Behaviour Order banning him from all stores in Lancaster City Centre. I have attached a picture of the area he is prohibited from any stores and what he looks like.

Please can stores report any incidents where Withers breaches his order by entering your store and be vigilante to him trying to steal from your stores.
