Off-road bikes - Stoops (again)

I'll keep it brief.

Firstly, I've tried to capture everyone in the vicinity of Barclay Hills area because this relates specifically to motorbike nuisance in that area. Apologies if you are not in that catchment area.

A local business is doing some research into the matter below on behalf of South West Burnley community action group. (I'm paraphrasing slightly).
