Good evening,
Tonight we have had mulitple reports of a petrol powered vehicle causing a nuisance in the St.leanords gate/Moor Lane area. Your local PCSO’S swiftly attended the area on foot and managed to corner and stop two individuals driving dangerously on a home made type petrol scooter that could reach speeds of 30mph. We wanted to reassure the public that this vehicle has now been seized and will be destroyed, with the two individuals being dealt with appropriately.
We want to assure the public that illegal vehicles such as this can cause extreme dangers to the public and the riders and will not be tolerated in our town. We continue to crack down! Another one off the streets.
