Centurion Village Attempt Break 04/12/2025

Good Afternoon, 

Yesterday (04/12/2025) between the hours of 10:00 (am) and 17:00 (5pm), there was an attempted break by unknown offenders in the area of Road train Avenue. We ask residents to review their CCTV for any suspicious behaviour during this time to support in our enquiries. With Christmas fast approaching, these dark nights lead to an increase in attempted breaks. This attempt occurred at the rear of the property, with an attempt to force entry by smashing glass. For residents to safeguard themselves, rear CCTV/Lighting is strongly recommended, in combination with an alarm system. Ensuring side gates are locked and/or easy climbing aids such as bins being brought inside reduces the ease of access for criminals.

We ask residents to remain vigilant to any damage, if you notice damage which could be an attempted break please report it to ourselves. To be clear you are not wasting our time, it allows us to track movements of possible offenders and increases the detection rate of criminality. In this incident they were unsuccessful, through collective security we can work to make sure Centurion Village is not seen as a target over the festive period.
