Good evening all I hope your all well and preparing for the festive period. As you know i have been providing updates on how the Prosper partnership is performing each month. In November we have had some real successes once again. 3 drugs warrants executed - 2 arrests, large quantity of drugs recovered as well as a significant amount of illicit tobacco and cigarettes2 x Cannabis farms found - 2 males charged and remandedTackling speeding concerns in Brierfield - Thankfully this was all positive with no speedersEngagement at Marsden Heights school working alongside Every Action has consequences - All year groups received a presentation that was well receivedPartnership meetings to discuss options in relation to shops that were previously closed for 3 months2 persons arrested for PWITS and released under investigationMini cops at Lomeshaye Junior school and Pendle Primary school - Passing out assemblies for both schools after a 10 week programmeFilming in Nelson which will reflect our community - This will be rolled out in the new yearRecruitment event at Morrisons where we want you to become Police officers. There are more to come in the areaThe partnership is really taking shape now and there is definitely more to come.
