Burglary - Paythorne Avenue

Good afternoon, 

We have received a report of a burglary on Paythorne Avenue.

At 01:14 on 10/12, the suspects damaged fencing to the rear of the property to access the patio doors, where the lock was snapped and entry gained.

The suspects stole 2 trials bikes and 1 mountain bike. 

It is believed they likely had a vehicle that was parked on the car park between Paythorne and Brunshaw Ave, to help facilitate the offence.

We are particularly interested in a van that was seen circling the area just before the time of the offence.
