OP VULTURE - Shoplifter Imprisoned Damien Withers

Damien Withers, of no fixed abode, Lancaster has been found guilty of breaching his Criminal Behaviour Order and breaching a Restraining Order and has been imprisoned for 7 months and fined £187.00.

In April 2025, PC Shaun Foster, obtained a Criminal Behaviour Order on Withers due to the high amount of thefts he was committing in the city and the courts agreed to ban him from entering any shop in the city centre. The court heard that on the 11th December 2025, Withers, who had not been out of prison long had breached his order by entering Tesco Express on King Street, Lancaster.

The courts also heard that Withers contacted and went to an address of a female who has a restraining order to protect her from him.
