Where are your children?

Good afternoon, 

If you are a parent, do you know where your children are when they go out? 

Over the weekend Blackburn Neighbourhood Policing Team have responded to a number of reports regarding youths causing antisocial behaviour in and around the town centre. 

Business owners, visitors and children in the area should not have to be subjected to witnessing these youths causing nuisance and being abusive. 

We are reviewing CCTV that we have collected of these youths so they can expect a knock at their door for some advice about their behaviour. 

We would ask parents to have a conversation with their children around their behaviour when they are out and about with their friends. 

If you are a victim of anti-social behaviour please make sure this is reported either via online reporting system or ringing 101.
