Suspicious Circumstances in your area

Good afternoon, 

Blackburn Neighbourhood Policing Team have been made aware this afternoon of a white male, grey lightweight coat, grey cap and grey tracksuit pants has been seen to be making his way around different addresses in the area acting suspiciously and knocking on doors. This male does not speak very good English and it has not been established why he has been knocking on peoples addresses. 

This male has not yet been identified or spoken to. If you have CCTV of the male in question or had any interaction with this male please ring 101 and quote log number LC-20260107-0704. 

Please keep doors and windows locked and report anything that is suspicious on 101. 999 if there is an ongoing emergency.
