Car theft alert

Dear Resident,

During the early hours of Thursday 8th January 2026 (between the hours of 2am and 4am) a Blue Ford Focus was stolen from the Thorn Bank area of Bacup.  

We have also noticed some comments on Social Media about suspicious activity in other areas of Bacup.

If you have picked up anything suspicious on your doorbell camera or CCTV, please reply to this message.
