Barden Lane Speed Op

Good Afternoon,

Yesterday officers from the local Neighbourhood team carried out a speeding operation on Barden Lane, Burnley.

Over a half hour period we observed 72 vehicles and found 17 driving above the speed limit with the fastest being 34MPH in a 20MPH zone.

Details were taken and owners of those vehicles will be contacted in due course.

This will operation will be continued to be performed over the oncoming year.
