Vehicle windows smashed

Good Morning Resident

Over the past few days we received a number of reports in the area of Oak St and Troy Ct, that vehicles were being broken into by means of smashing the window. from within these vehicles valuables have been taken along with cash left in the vehicle

The incidents all are being investigated by officers and you may see myself walking up and down your street speaking to people and trying to gather any information or CCTV to assist us in finding out who is committing these crimes. If you have CCTV i would ask you to review your cameras and see if you notice anyone acting suspiciously in the early hours of the morning. From the information we have received these incidents may be happening between 1:00am and 2:00am

Somebody accessing your vehicle can be very distressing, I would like to remind everyone to please bring valuables and loose change into the house with you in the evenings and to ensure the vehicle is locked and secure. We are looking into every avenue possible to find the offender!
