Recent vehicle theft

You may of seen a recent theft of a motor vehicle at The Craven Heifer in Kelbrook which was circulating on social media. Today your local Colne Neighbourhood officer PC Burrow arrested the offender for Burglary and Theft of a motor vehicle. He was also arrested for a number of recent shoplifting's. Officers were on foot in Colne town centre when they witnessed the offender enter Tesco in Colne and stopped him from committing further offences.
