Bike marking

                          Good Evening

                   Officers from the Neighbourhood Policing Team where out today in several locations around Rossendale Valley, security marking bicycles. The operation was advertised on Facebook prior to the event and members of the public took the opportunity to bring their bikes down to be security marked. I would like to thank all those that turned up as it was good to see everyone take part in this initiative. 

                    We will be running a further bike marking operation later in February, this will also be advertised on Facebook, so if you wish to take advantage of this free security measure, once the dates and times are advertised, please feel free to come and see us.
