Dear resident 

Your local Neighbourhood Team want to make you aware that there have been calls in relation to suspicious activity in the area. An individual is reported to have walked up the driveway and tried to access the back garden. This person has been disturbed and ran away. 

Also unfortunately one property was the victim of a burglary. Access being gained via the rear of the property which was unoccupied at the time. 

The incidents have occurred during the evening/overnight Saturday 31st January.
