Theft from vehicle

Dear Resident

Overnight on the 16th into the 17th a male has been operational on the Springwood Drive Estate and in the Barrow area looking for insecure vehicles and taking items from within. It is noticeable that he has targeted vehicles with wing mirrors that would usually automatically retract and have been left unlocked so wing mirrors remain in driving position.  I have some CCTV of this individual but it is not clear enough to be able to identify him.

Please as you brush your teeth tonight just take an extra minute to check that your car and house are secure. If we can make it hard work with less opportunity for gain he and others like him won't be so keen to return.
